DS AUTOMOBILES GOWAN MOTORS PROJECT

DS STORE, GOWAN MOTORS LOCATION, DUBLIN

Overall project objective – convert an existing motor retail showroom at this multi-brand dealership to a new DS Store compliant to all DS Automobiles standards.

The existing showroom was to be completely refurbished including a new entrance and a full Hevac upgrade, electrical and IT upgrade as well as all the DS Store requirements to include tiling, carpeting, finishes and exterior signage.

An original floorplan layout (provided by the Brand HQ consultant) proved to be inefficient and wasteful of space so a ScanPLAN version was created to make better use of the display and customer support space overall. A very large “floating” feature ceiling is a DS Store feature required some specific suspension design & sign-off.

Fit-out work commenced on March 1st 2022 and main upgrade and material finish works were completed in early June. Furniture and signs followed with sales activity starting from July 2022.

The DS Store was officially opened by the French Ambassador to Ireland in November 2022.
