Overall project objective – design & construct 2 new motor retail outlets – Volvo & Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) on brown field industrial site at Bishopstown, Cork City. JLR dealership to have 14 car showroom, handover bay, parts storage and extensive vehicle workshop; administration area over 2 floors. Extensive Used display area and vehicle storage. Separate building for valeting. Secure quarantine for EV vehicles. Layout, internal dimensions, vehicle spacing and material finishes to be complaint with JLR Brand Standards. Finished project subject to Opening Day audit by JLR World Brand Architect from Frankfurt.
